From Burnout to Repair: A Systems Approach to Addressing Barriers to Provider Well-Being (8PM Session)

This session provides an evidence-based overview of burnout as a systems-driven condition, using Maslach's six mismatches framework to help participants identify the organizational and environmental factors that contribute to burnout in their clinical settings.

Learning Objectives:

• Identify systematic mismatches that contribute to burnout in clinical environments

• Apply a structured pause and communication framework, including the M.A.T.C.H. model, to design one actionable micro-intervention within their clinical sphere of influence
